This is the face …
… of somebody who just survived an interview.

Except unlike your traditional interview, the professor didn’t ask me any questions. In fact, I think she talked for about 30 minutes straight. And then there were awkward pauses where I had to come up with questions to ask her.
Did ya know that it’s actually ridiculously hard to come up with questions when you’ve spent all day prepping to talk about yourself?
So hard y’all.
But I think it went well (or as well as I could judged, given that she didn’t ask me to tell her anything). So now I wait. If I get in (and get funding), I am so not going to law school, because this grad school would be an amazing opportunity.
If I don’t get funding … well, I don’t think I can afford 36000$ a year + living expenses for 5 years. 30000$ a year + living expenses for the 3 years of law school is about the max I could borrow anyway.
So it all comes down to that. Oh and now that I’m on a roll, maybe I’ll keep going forward with the government job application too. That way you guys get to see me melt into an indecisive, stress-ridden puddle when I actually have to decide what I want to do with my life.
