Stressing counts as exercise, right?

Because that’s only kind of exercise I’ll be getting until the end of the week.

When I’m stressed, all I want to do is eat. Like not even unhealthy things but just my body feels like it’s ON all the time (feel the adrenaline coursing and everything) and I need to fuel it. Which is obviously bad for weight loss (along with the lack of exercise).

Ack, so nervous about the grad school interview. I have no idea what to say and given that I just learned about it yesterday, that doesn’t give me much time to study up on the interviewer and the kinds of questions they might ask me. Advice?
