New and Improved

So I was getting tired of my veggies, and I thought I should NOT buy ground beef next week because I’m quite likely to pig out on it, but tonight … They were redeemed! This mother-effing deliciousness on plate CANNOT go to waste and I will have to make it again and again.

These are my usual baked veggies (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower). I usually hate the carrots, suffer through the cauliflower and nom on the broccoli instead. But today, I was like,hey, what will happen if I use this premade smart-people seasoning instead of making up my own shit?And guess what? Good things happened.

I basically put olive oil on the baking pan, then put these veggies frozen on it, then sprayed with Pam on top and sprinkled with Kirkland Sea Salt Seasoning (from Costco, courtesy of my roomie). Bake for 30 minutes and OMG-deliciousness-in-yo-mouth.
