Countdown to Florida: Day 15 (Tuesday)

Busy busy day today. The weigh in was great, of course, but I felt a bit iffy later on. A coffee cheered me up, but still, I didn’t get as much work done as I’d hoped. I also had an unfortunate encounter with some delicious ground beef that I was cooking for this week … Let’s just say my stomach is happy, but definitely fuller than I like. Also, I’d hoped to eat a little less because I’m going to hot yoga tomorrow morning and I don’t like to feel full when I go.

Foodwise:

Breakfast - oatmeal with PB

Lunch - lettuce with tuna and onions, 1 hardboiled egg

Snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese with banana, 1/2 cup pasta

Dinner - 1 cup baked veggies, 4 oz of meat in the form of my katlety + … well, let’s just say I ate about a pound of ground beef overall. Yep. It was delicious.
