Yup, in da gym.

I have to say, it was the perfect way to end the day.

  • 6.2 miles, 56:30 - an easy 9:06 pace

It was a run well done (although who am I kidding? I’m supposed to be training for a marathon and running once a week isn’t gonna cut it …).

I sweat like a crazy person. Even though my breathing wasn’t affected and my heart rate was low.

Why yes, I AM standing on the bench and yes, my head IS nearly touching the ceiling. Sorry for the crap iPod pictures.
